LiveCue is a digital service, so nothing is shipped to you.

How you receive what you buy

Credits from a credit pack or a monthly plan are added to your LiveCue account automatically as soon as your payment goes through, usually within a minute. You can see them on your dashboard and use them straight away, in the web app and in the Chrome extension.

If your credits don't arrive

If your payment went through but the credits haven't appeared after a few minutes, email hello@livecue.in with the date and amount of the payment. We'll add the credits, or refund you as described in our cancellation and refund policy.

Where LiveCue works

LiveCue works in Google Chrome on a computer, anywhere with an internet connection. Prices are in Indian rupees and are paid through Razorpay.
