Terms of service
Last updated: 6 October 2026
These terms are the agreement between you and LiveCue when you use livecue.in, the LiveCue web app or the LiveCue Chrome extension. LiveCue is run by Adarsh Kanaujia, India. By creating an account or using LiveCue, you agree to them.
1. Who can use LiveCue
You must be at least 18 years old. You sign in with Google or with your email address, and you're responsible for keeping that account secure. An account is for one person; please don't share it.
2. What LiveCue does
LiveCue writes down the conversation in a call or a browser tab, spots the questions people ask, and shows answers written by AI. We may add, change or remove features over time. We work to keep LiveCue running smoothly, but we can't promise it will always be available or free of errors.
3. Credits, plans and payments
- Prices are shown in Indian rupees on the pricing page and are paid through Razorpay.
- Each AI answer uses credits, as shown on the pricing page and in LiveCue. Writing down the conversation is free. On paid plans, some things you ask LiveCue to build, like your CV profile, also use credits, and LiveCue shows the price before you confirm.
- Credits from packs and plans go into one balance and don't expire.
- Monthly plans renew automatically through UPI Autopay or card until you cancel. You can cancel at any time.
- Refunds follow our cancellation and refund policy, and credits are delivered as described in our delivery policy.
4. Using LiveCue responsibly
You're responsible for how you use LiveCue and for what you say in your calls. In particular:
- Follow the laws that apply to you, including any rules about telling others that a conversation is being transcribed.
- Follow the rules of the meeting, class, exam or interview you're in, and don't use LiveCue where AI help isn't allowed.
- Don't use LiveCue to harass anyone, to break the law, or to harm others.
- Don't try to break, overload, copy or resell LiveCue, or get around its credits.
5. AI answers can be wrong
LiveCue's answers are written by AI. They can be incomplete, out of date or simply wrong, so check anything important before you rely on it. Answers are not professional advice, such as legal, medical or financial advice.
6. Your content
What you add to LiveCue, such as notes about a job or your CV profile, stays yours. You allow LiveCue to process it only to run the service, as the privacy policy describes. LiveCue never receives, records or stores your audio.
7. LiveCue's content
LiveCue's name, logo, website, web app and extension belong to LiveCue. You may use them as intended, but you may not copy, change or resell them.
8. Suspending or closing an account
You can stop using LiveCue at any time, and you can ask us to delete your account by emailing hello@livecue.in. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.
9. Limits on liability
LiveCue is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, LiveCue is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions you make based on its answers. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid LiveCue in the three months before the claim.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We'll post the new version on this page with a new date, and tell you about important changes by email or in LiveCue. If you keep using LiveCue after that, the updated terms apply.
11. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
