How LiveCue works

LiveCue does three things during a call: it writes down the conversation, it spots the questions, and it puts a clear answer on your screen within seconds.

1. It listens

LiveCue hears your meeting's Chrome tab directly, so headphones are fine. In the Chrome extension, you click the LiveCue icon on the meeting tab and press Start. In the web app, you press Start and share the meeting tab. Either way, LiveCue uses only the tab's sound, never its picture.

Chrome's speech recognition turns the words into text, using Google's speech service. In private mode, Chrome does this on your computer instead. LiveCue itself never receives, records or stores audio.

2. It spots the questions

LiveCue tells questions apart from small talk and statements, so you don't have to touch anything during the call. If you want an answer straight away, type a question in the Ask box, press Answer now, or click any line in the live transcript.

3. It answers

The question goes to the AI, and a concise answer with its key words highlighted lands in your feed within seconds. You choose how answers are written:

What it costs

Each answer uses 1 credit, whether LiveCue spotted the question or you typed it. Writing down the conversation is free and unlimited. New accounts get 10 free credits, no card needed. See pricing.

What stays private

No bot joins your meeting, and LiveCue sends only text to answer. Read what LiveCue hears and keeps, in plain words.
